Unlisted Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence of the unlisted damage or defect. We strive to ensure quality, and any defects known to us will be listed. In the rare event that an unlisted defect is discovered, we will evaluate it accordingly. Once verified, we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount.
Store Credit Only
We do not provide refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit only, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.

To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process

Processing Time
Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit upon receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Lost Package
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend reaching out within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

Upon notification of a lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. This investigation may take 14-25 days to complete.

Once the investigation is concluded and it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will offer you the following resolution options:
Option 1: Reshipment – We can resend the lost items to you (subject to product availability).
Option 2: Store Credit – If the items are no longer available or if you prefer, we can issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount.
Refund Policy
Please note that refunds for lost packages are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
